2022N011 Mobile Integrated Engineering Mud Efficient Drying Technology Research and Application
On July 16, 2024, Shenzhen University, China Railway Southern Investment Group Co., Ltd., and China Railway Engineering Service Co., Ltd. formed a research and development equipment acceptance team for the "2022N011 Mobile Integrated Engineering Mud Efficient Drying Technology Research and Application". The team conducted an in plant acceptance of the mud treatment equipment commissioned by our company in Fuping, Shaanxi. Our technical team demonstrated the operation of the equipment system to client leaders and explained the control and operation of the equipment system, which received unanimous praise and recognition from clients.
The project is initially applied in pile foundation mud or shield tunneling mud, and may later be used in teaching and research projects at Shenzhen University.
The equipment used includes shale shaker, cyclones, filter press, and belt conveyor. The workflow is as follows: the mud enters the shale shaker, and the screened material overflows into the mud water tank through the cyclone. The mud water tank is filled with chemicals and stirred, and the clear liquid above overflows into the clear water tank for spraying. The concentrated liquid below is fed to the filter press through the transfer pump and filter press feed pump. After being dewatered by the filter press, the mud cake is transported to the collection point through a belt conveyor, and the filtered water is used as clean water for spraying.
The characteristic of this system is that both the screening unit and the pressure filtration unit are vehicle mounted, which facilitates the transfer of equipment and has less limitation on the required site.
