Sludge Dewatering Centrifuge
DESCRIPTION:
Sludge dewatering centrifuge is a machine that uses the principle of centrifugal sedimentation for sludge thickening or dewatering.
It is composed of drum, auger, differential, main bearing, underframe, liquid and solid collection chamber, upper cover, motor drive device, frequency converter and other components.

TECHNICAL PROCESS:
Settled sludge from the sludge thickener is crushed by the sludge cutter, transported by the sludge feed pump, measured by the electromagnetic flowmeter, combined with the prepared liquid medicine sent by the flocculant dosing system, and mixed into the centrifugal dehydrator.
The sludge is separated into solid/liquid phases by a dehydrator, the liquid phase (clarified liquid or separating liquid) is directly discharged or returned to the sedimentation tank, and the solid phase (dewatered sludge) is discharged by a screw conveyor to the transport vehicle for transportation.

Compact structure, less auxiliary equipment and less land occupation;
High solid recovery rate and low turbidity of separating liquid;
Operating in a closed condition, the working environment is clean and the odor is small;
No filter medium is needed, operation and maintenance are convenient, and the degree of automation is high;
It is particularly important not to add or add less chemical conditioners;
Although the power cost is high, the total operating cost is low.
