WORKING PRINCIPLE:

Rotary bar screen is composed of unique rake teeth assembled into a group of rotary screen chains. Driven by the motor reducer, the screen chain rotates against the water flow direction. 

When the chain rotates to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guide of the sheave and the curved rail, a relative self-cleaning movement occurs between each group of rakes, and most of the solid substances fall by gravity. And relying on the reverse movement of the sweeper, to clean up the debris stuck on the rake teeth.

The rotary bar screen is installed in drain channel. The gap between the rake teeth assembled on the chain shaft can be selected according to the service conditions from 1mm to 20mm. When the rake teeth separate the suspended solids in the fluid, it can ensure the smooth flow of water.
